Wondering what the Friday Night Waves class experience is like?

Thank you Jennifer for your beautiful blog-post about your experience a few weeks ago at the NYC Friday Night Waves class.  If I wasn’t already attending every Friday night it would certainly intrigue and invite me to check out the experience.  Read what Jennifer has to say at:  http://flowtationdevices.com/2012/07/23/5rhythms-friday-nyc-edition/

Join us every Friday at 434 6th Ave., 5th Flr. from 7.30-9.30pm.  Cost $20, $15 student price.  Class cards:  10 classes for $150, 20 classes for $250.
